Kittens
3 Kittens Needle Arts is owned by three partners, Cis, Julie and Laura.
We've owned the store since 2006. We specialize in knitting, needlepoint,
crochet, punch needle, hardanger and other needle arts.
We maintain memberships in the following
organizations:
- The National Needlework Association
- The Minnesota Knitters' Guild
- The American Needlework Guild
- Crochet Guild of America
Store Changes
In late August of 2008, 3 Kittens moved from it's
long-time location to new digs at The
Village @ Mendota Heights, 750 Main St., Ste. 112, Mendota Heights, MN
55118. We are constantly moving the store around to accommodate new
merchandise and changes in our customers' interests. If you have any
suggestions about ways to improve our store, our website, or our customer
service, please email us at
3kittens@3kittensneedlearts.com. We're always willing to entertain new
ideas!
Return Policies
- All sales are final except for knitting yarn.
Yarn may be returned within 90 days with a receipt.
- Needles are not returnable. Please note that
we are following the industry standard with this policy. Keep in mind
that customers (including you) are less likely to buy a set of knitting
needles if the package has been opened before, which means that we will not
be able to resell returned needles at full-price. If you need to try
needles out prior to purchase, please let us know and we will do our utmost
to accommodate you in the store.
- Books are not returnable. We keep a
relatively small number of each book in our store, and those books that look
used or worn are less likely to sell. Unfortunately, books that have
gone home in a shopping bag tend to look used.
- If a product was paid for by credit card or cash,
the refund will be made in the same manner. If it was paid for by
check and it has been less than 10 days since the original purchase, a
refund check will be mailed; if it has been longer than 10 days since the
original purchase, cash will be refunded if $20 or less, and a business
check or a store gift card will be issued for refunds more than $20.
- All sales are final on special orders and sale
items.
